Abstract

Donkeys and mules have contributed to human development for thousands of years, mainly used as pack animals, helping in the development of trading and people's transportation. They are characterized by being strong, resistant, and long-lived animals. These animals can easily adapt to different environmental conditions, are disease resistant, and tolerate heavier loads than horses.
