Abstract

Rainwater was evaluated as a supply source from a systemic approach in a locality of Paso de Ovejas, Veracruz, México, studying social, technical, economic, environmental and normative aspects. The result was a multicriterion model that evidenced advantages and opportunities of rain in terms of quality, quantity, legality, necessary infrastructure, vulnerability, autonomy and perception of the resident.
