Abstract

In this study, an application of econometrics methods and the analogical assessment to the case of the land market in Uruguay were carried out. Through a database of mean values of land by department, three models are proposed, a first linear regression model through a variable, a second one applying a complete factorial analysis, and a third one through a simplified factorial analysis, managing to explain in more than 75 % the assessment of the land price in Uruguay.
